Sarah Bouchier
Sarah Bouchier has been a top-producing agent on the Monterey Peninsula since 2001. She credits this success to her extensive knowledge of the real estate market as well as a committed dedication to her clients, working tirelessly to meet their individual needs. Sarah provides a customized, focused approach to each buyer and seller she represents, and has helped clients from all over the world successfully negotiate and buy everything from castles to cottages.
Sarah has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for 40 years, giving her a keen, in-depth understanding of the uniqueness of each community and geographic area. Her strong network connections with real estate associates and long standing relationships with local residents drive her referral and repeat business. Prior to her real estate career, Sarah cherished a devoted career in education.
Sarah is honored to have served on the board of the Community Foundation for Monterey County. Additional affiliations include Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County, Monterey Symphony, President’s Council of California State University Monterey Bay, Carmel-by-the-Sea Garden Club, and All Saints’ Day School.
Sarah resides in Carmel with her husband, Bob. When not working, she can be found enjoying golf or walking on the Carmel beach with friends.
